Thanks to all that attended our 2013 Field Day Event!
Once again we will be holding our Field Day event at the Hawk Hollow Grove section of the Will Co Forest Preserve. We will have two stations setup as well as a “Get On The Air” station for folks interested in seeing what it’s like to talk on the ham bands. We will will also be holding our VE testing at the event as well.

DIRECTIONS FOR THOSE WITHOUT GPS
From the East Appx 5 1/2 miles from LaGrange.
West 167th from LaGrange. Pass Will-Cook Rd. 167th turns into Hadley. Keep going west, make the right hand curve onto Chi-Bloom. Continue west past stop sign at Parker, take right fork. Road turns into Bruce. About 1/2 mile down is the entrance to Messenger Woods. Follow road all the way to the end.
From the West Appx 5 miles from 355.
355 to Rt 6 ( the exist for the new Silvercross Hospital) head east, appx 1/2 mile to Cedar Rd. Turn left (North) at curve in road, stay to your right. At stop sign turn right on Bruce. About 3/4 of a mile down to the left, is the entrance to Messenger Woods. Follow the road all the way to the end.
